Class is 2-for-1. One registers; two can attend! Single participants also welcome. NOTE: Students will be working in pairs throughout the class No jewelry or watches. Class will be all standing unless student needs to sit - we will accommodate. Can have a cane as well.
Course Description
Learn to apply one of five simple wrist techniques to overcome almost any assailant that attacks you. Instructor is a black belt who will teach Sanzyuryu Japanese Karatedo.
